GMWD Fitness at HomeGymCon 2026: Three Days of Community, Innovation & Strength

GMWD Fitness at HomeGymCon 2026: Three Days of Community, Innovation & Strength

From July 30th to August 1st, GMWD Fitness set up shop at Booth #561 for HomeGymCon 2026. Across three non-stop days, we had the incredible opportunity to connect face-to-face with home gym enthusiasts, creators, and strength athletes who drive this community forward.

"Returning to HomeGymCon with our core team for our second year was another huge milestone for us. Beyond showing off our latest gear, the absolute best part of the weekend was getting to hang out face-to-face with everyday lifters, dedicated home gym builders, and the creators who inspire us every day."

From initial planning to building out Booth #561, our goal was simple: create a space where everyone felt at home. We walked away from Louisville overwhelmed by the incredible support, candid feedback, and genuine community spirit. Being able to share GMWD's vision directly with you in person once again was an unforgettable experience. We're heading back to the drawing board recharged, inspired, and more committed than ever to building equipment that serves this community.

Driven by Community

For us, HomeGymCon was all about the people. Booth #561 quickly became a hub for lifters, gym builders, and long-time brand supporters to swap stories, test equipment, and share feedback.

We were thrilled to host incredible creators and fitness enthusiasts including Adrian Gluck, Luke Stetson, Kinzi Wallentine, Seth Walker, Ashley Hromyak, Eric Carpenter, and John Greaves & Naomi. Having them drop by to put our machines through their paces, talk training programming, and share their raw, honest impressions was an absolute highlight. These real-world conversations and hands-on insights from athletes who train every single day are what drive our design process from the ground up.

Showcase Highlights: Built for Precision & Performance

Throughout the weekend, visitors got a hands-on feel for GMWD's latest functional strength and cardio innovations:

LAVA FLOW™ Commercial Stair Climber PRO (SS03): A major hit in our cardio line, praised for its wooden box packaging, minimal installation requirements, and exceptional value—delivering high-performance cardio at an unbeatable price point.

Selectorized Leg Extension & Prone Leg Curl Machine (LE11): As GMWD's first-ever weight stack strength equipment, this on-sale favorite drew major interest for its smooth resistance curve and commercial-grade isolation training.

3x3 Plate-Loaded Series Upgrades (V8 & LE11 2.0): Lifters got to experience the official V2.0 upgrades of our popular 3x3 plate-loaded lineup, including the brand-new V8—the next-generation, upgraded evolution of our signature V7 setup.

Future Weight Stack Lineup (Preview): Attendees got an exclusive sneak peek at our expanding weight stack roadmap. With LE11 leading the way, additional targeted strength machines—including a dedicated Hip Thrust and Hip Abductor—are already under active development and slated to roll out starting next year.

Thank You, Louisville

HomeGymCon 2026 reminded us why we do what we do. Bringing commercial-grade quality into home and commercial spaces is only half the battle—the heart of GMWD is the community that trains on our gear every single day.

To everyone who swung by Booth #561, tested our machines, or just stopped to chat: thank you for making this weekend unforgettable. We're already heading back to the drawing board energized and ready for what's next!
