OVERVIEW
The GMWD HA03 combines inner thigh and outer glute training with adjustable back support and a 200 lb weight stack, paired with a 5 LB top plate for smaller, more precise weight adjustments. Pin-selected resistance makes weight changes quick between warm-ups, working sets, and drop sets without loading or unloading plates. Both hip adduction and abduction use a 1:1 cable ratio, with all-aluminum pulleys supporting smooth cable travel through each repetition.
The five-position reclining backrest offers different torso angles for a comfortable training position, while gas assistance makes adjustments easier without leaving the seat. Front handles provide a secure grip for additional support during training.
