So glad I chose to buy this!!!

It can be scary buying something this large and this expensive and not knowing what to expect with the delivery. They contacted me by phone and I spoke to an actual person before my delivery and scheduled a day and time, I got every question answered on that phone call and the person communicated with me via email and sent pictures. Anything I needed! The delivery driver showed up ON THE DOT of the delivery time & the machine arrived almost fully assembled ( I had to take off the bracketed plywood walls and then it was on a pallet.) 2-3 people picked it up off the pallet and no dolly and carried it down to my garage with ease, where I put on the side rails and monitor. The instructions were easy to follow & the machine works perfectly great! Smooth, no jerks in the rhythm, buttons make sound when you touch the touch screen so you know it registered your command. Machine isn’t very loud when you’re using it which is great! I do 30 min at level 5-6 and it goes even higher than that! I also like that there is a laser sensor at the back where if you step off or want to pause, it senses it and stops! That way you can’t fall off like on a treadmill.

Best stair machine in this price range

I love this machine, I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks but so far so good.
Pros for this machine, it definitely works as advertised. I really wanted a Stepr machine but they’re so expensive but this works great. The steps are just as tall as regular steps and it actually is pretty quiet. I have 8’6” tall ceilings and I’m 5’9” so at the tallest step while I’m working out I still have about 4” before I hit the ceiling. It was super heavy to bring into my basement. I had to have 4 big guys help bring it downstairs so that part was a struggle.
Cons for the machine, the Bluetooth in it is also nothing great but works fine but I just wear my headphones anyway. Changing the levels is a little bit clunky but all of these negative are seriously nothing I’d buy this machine again.

Great at home fitness!

The stair master is one of my favorite machines for cardio! It’s easier on my knees than running on a treadmill is. It was an easy set up and easy to use! I have this next to my treadmill and the treadmill takes up more room than the stairs. I love it and use it several times a week.
