Shipping Fee

Free shipping on all orders to the lower 48 states of the United Sates (including the District of Columbia). Should the customer require a signature on the packages, kindly indicate this at the time of ordering. Otherwise, all orders will be dispatched without a signature service.

Why we charge shipping cost on selected products? To ensure that every product arrives safely and quickly at your doorstep, we use premium shipping services. For large fitness equipment, the size and weight significantly increase shipping costs. We understand that shipping fees may add to your purchase cost, so we've optimized our rates to provide you with the most reasonable price while maintaining high-quality delivery service. We believe in transparent pricing and avoid hiding shipping costs within the product price. This way, you can clearly see the breakdown of costs and choose the service that best suits your needs.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within a period of 1-2 business days. Commercial Stair Climber orders shipped by LTL Logistics, it is processed within a period of 2-4 business days. Please be advised that orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be a delay of several days before the scheduled shipment date. Please be advised that additional transit time may be required for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of an order, the customer will be contacted via email or telephone.

Delivery Time

It usually takes 3-7 business days to deliver products. Holidays and shopping seasons may expand the delivery time. Our nationwide warehouses can arrange delivery from the nearest warehouse according to the order address, so that you can receive the products as soon as possible.

For products shipped via LTL Logistics, such as Commercial Stair Climber SS02, the shipping time is difficult to guarantee and usually takes about 7-15 days.

Any force majeure factors, including but not limited to typhoons, strikes, fires, power outages, earthquakes, etc., will extend the delivery time. Thanks for your understanding.

Should the customer require a later shipping date by a few days, kindly inform us of the revised shipping date, and GMWD Fitness shall commence processing the order on the aforementioned date.

We ship within the Conterminous United States: The 48 States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, military and air force bases.

International Order

It should be noted that the company does not currently offer shipping services to any countries other than the United States. However, users are free to engage the services of their own freight forwarding company. The company can be delivered to the freight forwarding company within the United States, after which the freight forwarding company responsible for delivery will assume control. It should be noted that GMWD Fitness are not responsible for the second half of all transportation responsibility. Should any issues arise, GMWD Fitness kindly request that you contact the freight forwarding company directly. In the event of a lost package, undelivered item, or similar circumstance, GMWD Fitness reserve the right to refuse a refund or return request.

Refused Shipments/ Return to Sender

If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, GMWD Fitness reserve the right to charge a flat fee of shipment fee and restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product itself. If you refuse delivery, GMWD Fitness will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method shipment fee and restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product itself. Please note, in order to receive a refund, you must notify GMWD Fitness of any shipment refusal. Failure to do so will cause a significant delay in the receipt of your refund for any refused items.

Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 48 hours.

Shippping Carriers

GMWD Fitness collaborate with LTL logistics and FedEx. FedEx transports the majority of orders.

Shipping Location

Missing Items

If you have not received something you ordered from GMWD Fitness within 35 natural days from the ordered date, GMWD Fitness encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. If you do not reach out to us within 35 natural days of placing the order, GMWD Fitness will assume that you have received all of your items and will not keep a record of the shipping information. To ensure that GMWD Fitness can assist you effectively, please provide us with your order number and any other relevant information when contacting us.

Customes, Duties and Taxes

The total amount at checkout includes all charges. GMWD Fitness ensures that the final price covers all customs duties, taxes, and other fees. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Damages

In regards to the chaotic delivery, please save all the packing materials including the labels marked on the box. Please describe your problem and attach some photos of the package and item to: support@gmwdfitness.com with subject: [Order Number]_Damage Report_[Products]. This will help our supporting team to process the refund or reship procedures.
