Returns, Refunds and Restocking Fees
Returns of New, Unused and Unopened Items Within 35 Natural Days of Receipt: GMWD Fitness allow you to return any item in new, unused and unopened condition within 35 natural days of receipt subject to the return shipping charges and restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the total original order price.
GMWD Fitness DO NOT accept returns and refund on products that are new, unused, and unopened for more than 35 natural days of receipt subject.
NOTE: If you purchased five (5) items and want to return two (2) of them, then the total amount of the items is the original price of the two (2) items
All delivery days are counted from the time the first parcel is received. For example, if the first package is delivered on July 1 and the second package is delivered on July 3, the number of days will be counted from July 1, the date of delivery of the first package.

Return conditions and procedures
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Provide customer service personnel with the materials required for the return of the product:
1. product all-round original packaging photos and videos
2. order number
Customer service staff will determine whether the product can be returned. If there's nothing wrong with the product in the video or photos, customer service will email you a return label.
Customers contact the shipping company themselves based on the return label information. When the returned product is delivered, GMWD Fitness will initiate a refund within 24-48 hours, with delays on weekends and holidays. All refunds will be processed by the bank within 2-3 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
As long as the customer is returning the product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns and refunds are not allowed as described below, including but not limited to:
After installation or use
Damage caused by the consumer's own disassembly or repair
Damage caused by other people
Damage caused by improper use of the product
Misuse, abuse, failure to maintain in accordance with the requirements, incorrect operation

Change Address
You can change your address within 24 hours of placing your order
Change address is not supported after 24 hours of ordering. If the customer needs to ship to a new address, please contact the carrier by yourself, and all subsequent costs will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation of orders
Cancellation can be made within 24 hours of placing an order and are subject to a five percent (5%) processing fee of the total original product price.
Cancellation of an order after 24 hours of placing the order is considered a return, and will be charged the same as a refund, which is return shipping charges and restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the total original order price.
The 24 hours are counted from the time the order is placed to the time the first email is received. If the received email is counted more than 24 hours, and the customers still want to cancel the order, customers will need to pay the fee for canceling the order more than 24 hours.
