Returns

We have a 35-day return policy, which means you have 35 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If 35 days have gone by since the day of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon inspection,

  1. If the product is deemed defective (or damaged) and the responsibility lies with GMWD Fitness, the customer owns the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion. Any repaired or replaced merchandise will be shipped prepaid by a GMWD Fitness approved carrier.
  2. If the product is deemed defective (or damaged) and the responsibility does not lie with GMWD Fitness, the return & refund request may be rejected.
  3. If the product is not defective (or damaged), the customer will be fully responsible for the postage of the product to our warehouse facility at their own expense. The customer must assign and prepay the carrier. Before returning a product, you must call or email us to obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without authorization.
  4. If the product is already in transit and the customer requests a return, you will be responsible for covering part or all of the return shipping cost.

To start a return, please contact us at support@gmwdfitness.com first. Please provide the tracking number, the refund would be processed only as we confirmed the delivery of the return package with the tracking number you provided.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return address and other return information will be provided via email after submission of application.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@gmwdfitness.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Address Change/Order Cancel

We only accept address change or order cancellation requirements within 24 hours and please send the email to us within 24 hours. If the requirement is out of 24 hours, then the order will be transferred to the carrier and we can't process anything with the customer's order. We appreciate your understanding and support with many thanks.
