What a GREAT home gym! My selling points were the ability to adjust the seat height and supports, which is a must-have, and you don't have to disconnect and reconnect all the cables for different exercises; it works as one complete machine. It is worth the extra $200 to $300, more than many sold at other stores, like **** and ****. Finally, an instruction manual that was well thought out and written, LOL. It was easy to follow and put together. Some might be intimidated by the number of parts, but one page at a time, and this will go together quickly. It took me only a few hours total, as I had time.
Regarding price, this one cannot be beaten and will last a lifetime. The GMWD home gym will help you stay in shape; no mirrors are required.
Two of the plastic parts showed up cracked/broken, and one quick email and I had an instant replay, and they shipped me the replacements; James King at customer service was great!
