This machine is great for a home gym! Easy to follow instructions, took under an hour to assemble (it will be easier with a socket wrench). Pulls very smooth, feels balanced and sturdy. The silver handles swivel in all directions which is nice, looking at the stock pictures I assumed they were fixed up and down.
Nice piece of equipment. Really does a good job isolating the back. If you’re looking to add an iso row to your home gym I would definitely recommend this for the money. I’ve loaded up multiple plates with no issues and you can definitely feel it hitting your lats.
This is very sturdy and it was easy to assemble. the range of motion is just right. I have a pulley system in my gym, but this machine hits the areas I want better. This is a perfect item to have in a home gym. Seat adjusts smoothly. So easy to adjust the weight. We have an adult make who is 6'8" and he is able to use this machine. Well worth the money.

This machine arrived extremely well packed and the part were labeled and all accounted for. Assembly consisted of using the exploded assembly diagrams which were easy to decipher. No step-by-step directions required. I spent a leisurely afternoon unboxing and putting it together. Machine works smoothly and there is plenty of adjustment room in the seat and chest pad to find a comfortable workout position.
