This is the 2nd machine I have purchased from GMWD. I FIND THE QUALITY to be excellent ! I just ordered two more machines. Would buy more, but Im out of space !
I received the seated row machine in a very timely fashion after order. It took about 45 minutes to put it together with no issues. The machine allows, single arm, concentration or both arms together in a seated row position. It’s an awesome machine for my home gym. For the price can’t be beat.
This machine is great for a home gym! Easy to follow instructions, took under an hour to assemble (it will be easier with a socket wrench). Pulls very smooth, feels balanced and sturdy. The silver handles swivel in all directions which is nice, looking at the stock pictures I assumed they were fixed up and down.
Nice piece of equipment. Really does a good job isolating the back. If you’re looking to add an iso row to your home gym I would definitely recommend this for the money. I’ve loaded up multiple plates with no issues and you can definitely feel it hitting your lats.
