Clean, small footprint, all black. Great for the price,nothing else competes unless you're spending 3x more. Bearings have grease ports. Assembly is doable solo with an impact driver but the pendulum and springs might need some help. The hardware was on labeled cardboard which is a relief at this price point and made assembly very straightforward. Footplate and foot angle takes some trial and error, but range of motion is smooth (I'm just over 6' with no issues). Labeled hardware and full-size manual were a nice touch. Started with no additional weight to figure out angles. I have no complaints given the price and size and would buy it again.
First thing is that it was very straightforward directions and took about an 1 hour 15min to get it working with 2 people. Second Wow works smooth and very easy on the back & shoulder area and even on my old knees.Last thing I really felt my legs with lighter weight and can easily justify the space (small studio) which is not that much compared to other pendulums. I must also mention how responsive & helpful customer service was!!! Excellent company. 2nd machine i have purchased from them
I've had the pendulum for almost a month now and we love it, you don't have to load it with 4+ plates to get to failure around 8-10 reps. 10/10.
This machine is amazing. It's sturdy and definitely worth the price. It is shipped in 3 different boxes but the shipping was great - and so was contact with the seller to track my shipment. There were no missing parts either. Lovely addition to my home gym.
