SHIPPING FAQs
How long does it take to process and deliver order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Stair Climbers take 7-15 days to deliver. For detailed information, please refer to the Shipping Policy.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order in three ways with GMWD Fitness. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number(s) that you can click to view your package status. Additionally, you can copy the tracking number(s) and paste them into the FedEx tracking page since all our shipments are handled by FedEx. Lastly, you can use the "Track My Order" link found at the bottom of our website under the 'Services' section, where you can enter either your order number or tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
I only received some packages of my order, where are the rest packages?
Some products are sent through multiple packages, and there may be sorting issues that cause some packages to arrive at different times. If you have not received the remaining packages for a long time, please contact us as soon as possible: support@gmwdfitness.com
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Yes, GMWD Fitness does not ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military air force bases.

What should I do if my item/part is damaged or missing when I received?
If your package is damaged, save all packaging materials and contact support@gmwdfitness.com with photos of the damage and your order number. For missing items, report within 35 days of the order date. More details please refer to Shipping Policy - Missing Items, Damaged.
I'm on a business trip/traveling right now and no one will be home when the package is delivered, can it be shipped later?
GMWD Fitness accepts delayed shipments, but you need to send an email to: support@gmwdfitness.com within 24 hours of placing your order and inform us of the approximate shipment time, and we will check back with you one day prior to the informed shipment date to confirm the availability of the shipment. If we do not receive email by the ship date, it will be shipped the next day.
My tracking information shows that my package was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or anyone else who might have received the package on your behalf. If you still cannot locate the package, Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Why was my package returned to the sender?
Packages may be returned to the sender for various reasons, such as incorrect address, delivery attempt failures, or package damage. Please contact our customer service team support@gmwdfitness.com to confirm the reason and arrange for a reshipment.
RETURN AND REFUND FAQs
How do I initiate a return?
Contact customer service support@gmwdfitness.com with your order number and photos/videos of the product in its original packaging. If eligible, customer service will provide a return label. Ship the item back using this label.
Can I return used machine?
GMWD Fitness ONLY allow you to return any new, unused, and unopened item within 35 natural days of receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping charges, and a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the total original order price will apply. Returns will not be accepted after 35 natural days from the receipt.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an refund notification email when GMWD Fitness processed refund. The bank may take an additional 2-3 business days to process the refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, subject to a 5% processing fee. Cancellations after 24 hours are treated as returns. Specific fees can be found in the Refund and Return Policy.
I moved to a new address, can I change my delivery address?
If you want to change the address, please contact us support@gmwdfitness.com within 24 hours after you placed the order.
Change address is not supported after 24 hours of ordering. If the customer needs to ship to a new address, please contact the carrier by yourself, and all subsequent costs will be borne by the customer.

WARRANTY FAQs
How do I claim a warranty? / What information do I need to provide to make a warranty claim?
To claim a warranty, contact customer service support@gmwdfitness.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect. Customer service will guide you through the warranty claim process.
Are there any exclusions to the warranty?
Yes, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by factors beyond the control of GMWD Fitness. Specific exclusions are detailed in the Warranty Policy.
How long is the warranty period?
It depends on which machine you buy. For exact warranty periods and details, please refer to the Warranty Policy.
Do I need to pay any fees within the warranty period?
There is no cost to the customer as long as it is within the warranty period.
How can I change my shipping address for a warranty replacement part?
If you need to change the shipping address for a warranty replacement part, please contact our customer service team support@gmwdfitness.com as soon as possible. Provide your new address details, including street address, city, state, and postal code, along with your original order number. Our team will update the shipping address for your replacement part and confirm the changes with you to ensure accurate delivery.
How long does it take to process a warranty claim and receive replacement parts?
If the replacement accessories/parts/frames etc. are in stock, they will be shipped out within a few business days. All replacement accessories/parts/frames etc. are subject to availability if not in stock.
