Products Covered
Frame Work: GMWD Fitness warrants the structural integrity of the frame work to the purchaser for life time warranty of original retail purchase. Paint and graphics are not included in this definition.
Power Cage with Lat Pulldown C3 AND Smith Machine with Cable Crossover SM12 have 3 years warraty of frame work
Parts/Components: All parts and components have six (6) months warranty. Each month is considered to be 30 days, i.e. 180 days.
Warranty Fee
There is no cost to the customer as long as it is within the warranty period.
The terms of the warranty will not apply to any of the following, including but not limited to:
Improper assembly or installation
Crash, improper repair, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use
Corrosion
Improper alteration or installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Product
The purpose of use or application scenario differs in any way from the purpose or application scenario for which it was designed
Destroying or discarding product frame structures/accessories before customer service personnel can determine if there is a product problem.
General wear of a Product due to normal use is to be expected and does not give rise to any warranty claim
Any non-product issues
Gift cards, Downloadable software products

Processing Time
All accessories/parts/frames etc. if in stock then will be sent out within few business days. All accessories/parts/frames etc. are subject to availability if not in stock. Advance notice is required if accessories need to be shipped to a different address.
Warranty Process
Customers must provide the correct information/pictures/videos as per the steps below, and will be responsible for any consequences due to incorrect information.
1. Take photos AND videos of damaged frame locations/parts, circle out the part number in instruction. (if you cannot find instructions, you can send email to: support@gmwdfitness.com , customer service staff will send you e-instruction)
2. Be specific in email about the breakage and what caused it.
Customer service staff will determine if the product can be warranted based on the information provided.
Division of Warranty Coverage
The details listed below are intended to better define the scope of the warranty period, ensuring that customers clearly understand the coverage for different components, thereby providing customers with comprehensive support and service during use.
Paint and graphics are not included in this definition.
1. Strength Machine and Weight Bench:
GMWD Fitness provides a comprehensive warranty for all strength machines, covering defects in materials, functionality, and workmanship. The warranty includes a lifetime coverage on frames and welding, ensuring durability and structural integrity. Additionally, all parts are covered for a period of 180 days warranty from the date of purchase, guaranteeing the performance and reliability of the machine. This warranty is intended to give customers peace of mind and assurance in the quality of GMWD Fitness products.
Parts include: Bolt, screw, nut, washer, cap, bearing, pulley, rubber cushion, bushing, pad, handle, pin.
Frames include structure/steel, structural welds
2. Power Cage and Functional Station:
GMWD Fitness offers a lifetime warranty on the structural stability and safety of all power cage and functional station frames. GMWD Fitness do not provide warranty service in any of the cases mentioned in “warranty does not apply to the following cases” above.
Parts include: Bolt, screw, nut, washer, cap, bearing, pulley, rubber cushion, bushing, pads, handle, pin, cable, clip, weight stack, rope, chain, bar, knob, pedal, J hock, landmine, safety bar.

3. Others:
Barbells Warranty: GMWD Fitness will warranty this barbell for a period of 2 years against bending. Warranty against bending does not cover any weight bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms, or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, and similar usage).
Plates (bumper plates & weight plates): 6-month warranty
Mat (flooring mats & exercise mats): 6-month year warranty
Dumbbells & Kettlebells: 6-month warranty
Bands: 6-month year warranty
