Another great GMWD product. Great value for the money. I already own the GMWD seated dip machine. This one has been working well so far. The only snafu was the original delivery contained 2 Right-arms, so I had to wait about 3 weeks for the Left arm to be delivered. Customer support was very responsive. Overall the machine is quiet and smooth. The handles go well beyond midline, allowing for a cross-cable like squeeze if desired.

I'm really enjoying this fly workout machine.
It came with all the parts. It arrived on time and perfectly wrapped.

I had weights already and they fit on the bars.
