Very sturdy fly machine!

I was skeptical while buying, but this machine is very well sturdy. I have tension through my whole range of motion. It allows my chest to move in a natural position while maintaining shoulder blade firmness.

 Great value machine

I was looking to buy a few additional pieces of equipment to finish my home gym. I love to use the Arsenal incline chest fly at my commercial gym and wanted to add something to try and replicate a similar movement. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but upon receiving the unit I was pleasantly surprised. The bearings are smooth and the range hits the chest nicely. For the money I don’t see how you could go wrong. Is it the same build level as something like an Arsenal piece? No. But for the cost of the unit it far exceeded my expectations and will serve nicely in a home gym situation. Build quality is solid and doesn’t feel like a cheap unit at all.

Very smooth machine. Really target's the upper chest. It definitely isn't commercial quality but perfect for a home gym. Plus it's easy on the shoulders.
