Very sturdy and comfortable
Very easy to set up
Good construction, well designed, but my EZ curl bar does not fit. The bar holder should be about 2 inches shorter.
I shopped around for quite some time for a Preacher Curl bench and yes there are many out there that are cheaper but this one caught my eye and I did a lot of research on it from some Personal Trainer Videos on Youtube and I will tell you that this Preacher Curl Bench is not only Great Looking and Easy to Assemble but it is very very Sturdy unlike the cheaper models of Preacher Curl Benches. The packing it comes in is Phenomenal and probably the best part is I was able to put together by myself though it says to use 2 people and it's only about 8 Bolts total and you only need a couple of tools which they provide but others that the Seller recommends you to use which I used but altogether a GREAT PREAHER CURL BENCH with adjustable Wide Area solid Padded Arm Rest and the Seat is comfortable and Adjustable. I'm a 6'2 250lb. man and It fits me like a Glove but would also fit a person who is 5'5 140lbs. which makes this to me an Outstanding Preacher Bench at an OUTSTANDING PRICE...!!!
Great for curls. Hook your legs under and it’s great for hyper extensions….drop the pad and it’s a flawless seat for barbell overhead press and behind the neck press…still doing those, yeah. Butt your bench up to the catch for perfect skullcrushers. The pad is wider than allll the rest!. My home gym is a rogue bench. A rep PR 5000 with cables, titan leverage squat and leg extension and with this piece it’s complete. I can sit this comfortably in the cage for cable preacher curls and flip it for lat pull downs. Even with an incredible club nearby I prefer my own garage and use the club only for sauna now. Nice Job Kang
