Was very hesitant on buying this because of lack of reviews and price tag but as soon as I unpacked this and started putting it together I could see it was very high quality and beautiful. Everything was packed very well and shipped quickly and delivered in 2 or 3 days. This thing is beautiful and gets the job done highly recommend and hope to buy more of their products in the future.
This preacher, curl bench, seated arm, isolated, barbell biceps station machine is absolutely great for a home gym. It has the stability and integrity of a gym quality piece of equipment for sure, and even has the adjustable seat. I’ve used it for biceps and triceps as you can see in the picture I’ll turn the other way using it for back support and get a good overhead press. It’s the perfect size to sit the bicep, easy curl bar on that I have and I have it next to my dumbbells also which works out just great. The padding for your arms is comfortable and not too thin like cheaper versions in the appearance is very slick with the red and black. All in all it’s a very sturdy high-quality piece of gym equipment and I have no regrets going with this purchase!
This GMWD preacher curl bench is good for hitting the biceps and really concentrating on the muscle. Allows you to not swing your whole body to do cheat curls. I use it with dumbbells and a ez curl bar. Bonus it's not heavy, so you can move to a cable machine and do preacher cable curls. It's sturdy and comfortable to perform bicep exercises. Would recommend for a home gym. Especially for the price.
