I was surprised. For 300 $ this is a very ridgid ,easy to assemble bench .shipping was fast,it's comfortable,and you don't have to spend any Xtra money on a special bar.

Cheapest around but strong

I've wanted an actual seal row bench for a while now, but they all cost over $900. When I saw the price of this one I had to just react and buy it. This thing is huge so it will take up alot of space in your home gym, but it feels really solid and the powder coat was very nice. I haven't maxed out the weight but I feel confident ill be able to row 225 with no problem. The only bad thing was this shipping. This item arrives in 2 separate boxes but I had no way of knowing that because the first box arrived on a Friday and the 2nd box arrived on a Monday. I was under the impression that the company screwed me over; so I was already in the dispute/complaint department. However on Monday the 2nd box arrived and the bench assembled flawlessly. I'm extremely happy with it. You can also do reverse flys and spider curls on it.

Great prone row bench.

This seal row or prone row bench is very well built and works great. These benches are hard to find and are often way overpriced. Great bench at a great price. Just make sure you have space it takes up some real estate.
