Great design overall but room for improvement

Excellent design. Seat is sturdy but easily adjustable. Chest support pad is thick and firm yet very comfortable during use.

I've owned two previous seal row benches where you lay down horizontally and this seated design is much more comfortable and I can go heavier with this seated design more than lying flat on my stomach like with the traditional seal row bench.

This bench does have room for one major improvement. It should be taller. The Titan seal row bench had the best height of any seal row bench I have owned and it was 41" tall. My hands are about two inches from touching the floor when using this item with the seat at it's highest setting.

And I am only 6ft tall. So taller lifters over 6ft might not be able to get full extension when using this item.
