Excellent design. A real game changer.

Scissor motion is excellent. Mimics the motion of pullups with Olympic rings which is fantastic for hitting the outer back and mid back in one fluid motion. Much more efficient than wide grip and narrow grip pullups in different sets which would take much more time and would not be as easy to load more weight resistance.

My only gripe is I wish the steel was bit thicker gauge with a higher weight capacity. This machine would be perfect if it could handle more weight.150lbs each arm is extremely limiting. A max capacity of at least 200lbs or more each arm would be better. GMWD please make a heavier duty version of great designs like this one and the new chest shoulder 3 in one machine with scissor motion. Some of us need the ability to lift heavier weights and we would be willing to pay for it.
