Great at home fitness!

The stair master is one of my favorite machines for cardio! It’s easier on my knees than running on a treadmill is. It was an easy set up and easy to use! I have this next to my treadmill and the treadmill takes up more room than the stairs. I love it and use it several times a week.

Top Value, Good Machine

I like stair climbing machines in the gym. Always wanted to have one in my garage. But the price was too high. I couldn't afford one. But with the price of this machine, I could afford and bought one. It works nicely. It even has a safety infrared accident prevention. At first, I was blocking the infrared and the machine didn't work. I thought I bought a junk. I emailed the manufacturer and they replied in a day saying I had to clear the infrared. Top value machine!!!

Donated one to local YMCA.

My local YMCA has two out of service 6 or 7 year old Matrix commercial step mills. They are good, feature packed machines but over-engineered and hard to maintain. Parts take forever to receive. Not to mention expensive.
So I bought my Y one of these. A Stairmaster clone that is much simpler electronically & mechanically but also much more maintainable and every bit as functional for workouts. The sales rep assured me of wear parts availability so took a chance on use in a true "commercial" environment. Safety features were sufficient for the Y's staff to approve the donation.
It's been up and running two months at the Y and aside from USELESS Heart Rate monitoring (1 star ding), works like a champ! Time will tell if it holds up but at roughly 1/3 the price of the name brands, it only has to last 1/3 as long to be an economic push. If it lasts longer, a win. (Apparently, the most difficult machine in a gym to keep running.) I might even donate a second one!
The sales rep, James, provided excellent coordination of my purchase and the delivery to final owner of record. (The Y) Shipping was very quick by truck freight standards.
