Extended Spotter Arms with Reinforced Support

Longer, Stronger, Safer

The HR01 power rack features 25.8-inch extended spotter arms, expanding your range for heavy lifts. For uncompromising stability, we engineered integrated support feet to reinforce the arms—even under high-impact barbell drops. Train with confidence, push your limits, and trust the rack to stay anchored.

Key Features

Space-Saving, Ultra-Narrow Functional Trainer

The HR01 offers nearly the narrowest footprint available, maximizing workout space without compromising safety. With a compact area of just 12.24 sq. ft. (without spotter arms), it’s perfect for home gyms that need to balance performance and space efficiency.

Safety Guarantee: Extended Spotter Arms with Supporting Leg

Engineered with load-bearing support legs and 7-position lock points, the 25.8-inch spotter arms create an expanded safety fortress. Conquer heavy 1RM attempts, forced reps or bench fails - where every lift begins and ends anchored.

Compact but strong and sturdy

49” from wall when not in use. 225lbs and I can do pull ups without wobbles. I wouldn’t do much kipping or toes or bar or anything, strict works. 250lb of plates on it no issue. 100 lbs of dumbbells on rack no issue. Spotter extensions easy to add/remove as needed. I did lube the cables though for more smooth motion. For the value and size it’s the best out there.

Nice machine

Overall the half rack/ functional trainer is a well rounded machine, I have mine in a 3rd floor apartment not bolted to the floor and it's fine I think I'll have more of a warm and fuzzy about adding weight once I've added ballast to the dumbbell rack. One question I had is what is the unloaded weight of the trolleys and is gmwd planning on offering the dumbbell rack as a standalone upgrade as the hole spacing looks like it could support two? The option to add a second dumbbell rack or a bolt through double sided plate horn would certainly increase the versatility of an already solid setup.

Solid Machine

Arrived today, took my wife and I about 4.5 hours to assemble, but we have a 3 year old so a bit distracted at times.
We were very impressed with GMWD and what they sold us. The directions were clear, the parts well marked, and as long as you have your own dockets and wrenches then it’s not too bad.
The machine works like a dream, it’s extremely sturdy and balanced. It does have a slight rattle at times from moving parts, but it’s very minimal.
Excited and encouraged by our decision after receiving!
I’m a Sergeant Major in the Army, we also believe this is the right size for occupations like ours (we move a lot). It’s not too big, even for our living room - but it means business.

Sturdy and compact workout solution to my compact garage

I bought this folding rack as a solution for my limited garage space. I really needed to get back "under the bar", squats, deadlifts, pullups, and cable-work. This rack does all this better than my old huge rack for less cost.

I really like the construction and how easily you can go from one setup to the other.
GMWD has a great online installation manual, which I recommend using over the print version.

The parts all move smooth and are sturdy for what they do.
