This machine has become one of mine & my clients favorite exercise for Intervals very smooth and effective getting their heart rate up and incorporate hip, abs and arms!! It has held up well and highly recommend this machine!!! Love it:)

I’ve had it for a couple months and this thing is amazing!! Everyone that tries it loves it. I had the rower for almost a decade and this is better. Set up is easy and it makes the gym look good! Don’t think, just do.

Machine came early. Fairly easily assembly for my husband lol.
I was so nervous spending that much on a machine I hadn’t tried, but I love it!

Good Quality for the Value

Easy set up, fits in the home gym well. Seems steady and good quality especially for the price. Still figuring out all the quirks and options of the little computer that’s attached but over all happy with it.
