When you have not used the product for a long time, please fold it up as shown in the figure below:
1. Pull out the pins on both sides of the frame.
2. Hold the back end of the table, slowly lift the table along the direction shown by the rotating arrow.
3.Until the air spring emits"click" sound, then insert the pins into the corresponding adjustment hole of the frame.

I bought this 3 months now and I do not regret it! It is cheap, great quality, quiet, lightweight, and small. I live in an apartment and have no trouble with it being to loud. It is quiet on tile, wood, and carpet. (Barely able to hear it in the next room) It was very quick and easy to set up, belt adjustment is easy and rarely needed. Little to no belt slipping. It is super comfortable and easy to forget you’re even walking. In 90 days I’ve walked over 300 miles. How insane is that?! Lol I would buy 100 times over
I have been using this for a week now and have really been enjoying it. It is not too loud. I have asked my husband if he can hear it and he say no. It was very easy to set up, a little heavier than I expected but so far has been working great. I really enjoy walking while working. It makes the day go by a little faster and is great to get movement in the body. I will update if anything goes wrong, but for now, so happy with this purchase!
