My son (11) was able to put this thing together with little guidance and some extra torque on the bolts from me. It’s a great combination of sturdy and wide enough to support a workout, but also light enough to maneuver with the wheels and handles. The bench and shin pads are down right comfortable. Great craftsmanship!
