After multiple surgeries my surgeon told me to never lift free weights again I bought your cable machine and the results are amazing no stress on my joints and no more pain with a fantastic workout can not thank you enough. I'm 61 years old and a retired firefighter and paramedic with 15 orthopedic surgeries including 3 rotator cuff surgeries keep up the great work

I'm 6'5" and around 280 lbs, so finding a rowing machine that actually fits me comfortably has always been tough. The extended rail on this GMWD model is a game-changer — no awkward knee-to-chest motion, just smooth, full-range strokes. It feels solid and stable even when I’m going all out. Compared to my old magnetic rower, the air resistance is way more dynamic. The harder I row, the more resistance I feel. This thing was clearly built with bigger folks in mind.

I have only used the rower a few times but so far it seems well built. It all seems to move smooth and is quiet. I have not setup the app for it yet so cant say to that. Overall well worth the cost especially since fair amount cheaper than others on the market

This is a great machine. Find a coach to use it at high efficiency and low injury. The number setting can be counter intuitive.. 10 is not always the most sifficult(5.5) for me. Again a coach will help you find your sweet spot. If they say 10 then find another coach. Good luck and great rowing.
