Nice Tricep Machine

I just received this piece of equipment about 4 days ago. After assembling, I had an issue with the handles moving while using it. I emailed GMWD along with a video to show the issue. They promptly got back and let me know to adjust the handle **** so it would sit high enough to catch on the metal. I did so and now the machine was great! It is a little narrow while using inside grips, but it’s still manageable. I also like sitting facing the machine because that hits your triceps at real good angle. Very pleased with my purchase and customer service!

So much better than I thought it would be!

I looked at this peice of equipment for a long time, wondering if it would be worth it, or would I be dissapointed. I am very pleased, it has taken my chest workouts and my tricep workouts to a new level. This was always one of my favorite exersices when I had a gym membership, now I have it here at home. I can't keep my hands off of it. Next I have my eye on the preacher curl machine, I am getting great pumps!!! Thank you GMWD
I almost forgot, they shipped super fast and it was in perfect shape, not a scratch on it!!

highly recommend

I’ve been using this machine for a year now, and it’s fantastic. The rotating handles make it super comfortable to use, and the rubber feet keep it stable even during intense workouts. The added attachments like the curl bar make it versatile, and the chain and carabiners were a great touch. Highly recommend this for home gym setups!

Solid dip machine worth every dollar.

The seated dip machine is extremely compact and supports up to 300lbs+. The only downside is the chain used for biceps is a bit short, but still does the job. I would definitely buy other gym equipment from this company.
