Didn’t receive this unit in my large order. We Have reach out to the company by email and phone call. So far no reply. Will update in a few days.

Update!
After connecting to customer service they immediately rushed me another machine but it never reached me. FedEx was the issue. In fact it took a few times of reshipping for me to receive my order. Custom service remained in touch and informed me not to worry. They made sure I received my machine. I’m really pleased with their customer service and their equipment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I’ll certainly be shopping with them in the near future.
