Incline Chest Press Machine V2

Amateur lifter who wanted more time at home with family, and less in gym. Didn’t want to spend 4 figures. Great machine for the price point. Smooth lift for high bar (upper chest) , and lower bar (middle chest). Felt the DOMs the next day really good in chest. Have had the machine about a week. Hired a service to put machine together, so can’t speak to assembly of the machine. I’m not handy lol.

I have 12 pieces of equipment in my 900sq ft home gym, and my GMWD incline press is number 1. This bench offers you multiple grips, shock absorber support when finishing set. I would rate this machine as Institutional quality standards (college gym, professional sports,first responders etc…manufactured using heavy duty parts, and steel ! Bob

Compact and effective. I was skeptical at first but what a great machine. Solid components and smooth operation. The three hand positions are a game changer. I would definitely recommend this for any home gym.

As a pro athlete in powerlifting, I'm using it as a main part of training, I have meet in May so I would like to save my feedback until then, however at this point I like workout and gain in chest and shoulders
