High quality

This is an impressive machine for the price. Takes a bit to assemble but its worth it. Nice bearings and high quality weldments with excellent paint. Definitely recommend.

Definitely worth the price if you can fix minor issues

I was shocked when I first saw this flight machine. These machines are usually only available in selectorized configurations and cost in the thousands of dollars. This is the only plate loaded version I've ever seen. The machine works great. By far it's the best shoulder workout if ever had. Your delts will burn like never before. My machine arrived with a small hole at the bottom of the box and lucky me, it was missing a bolt. But I just bought a new one as opposed to contacting the company. I'm sure they would've taken care of me but, Lowe's is right down the street and the bolt was $5. Overall this machine gets the job done and will hopefully survive moderate use in my basement for years to come.

Sold my titan fitness lateral raise machine for this gmwd and let start by saying major Upgrade! I've used a pin loaded machine similar in a commercial gym so I took a gamble on this plate loaded version and I couldn't be happier. The feel is so smooth and destroyed my delts on the first few sets. Very pleased with the overall quality of the machine.
Assembly took about 3 hours with a partner taking short breaks. Read the instructions carefully and check tje YouTube Assembly video aswell.
Highly recommend anything from the GMWD brand. It's becoming one of the favorites in my home gym

Still missing 5 pieces

Received the two boxes. One box was missing 5 pieces of the machine. Been emailing back and forth. 7 days later still no pieces. My side lateral machine sit in pieces on the floor of my gym , patiently waiting for part to finally put it together.
