Ok, so I travel for a living. I built a gym in my garage so that when I'm home, I can get an excellent workout. Making my home gym my place of preference is important to me. I purchased the leg curl/extension machine. I was excited to put it together. When I was finally home and ready to get it set for my leg workout the following day, I had an issue. Normally I would say what it is and would give as much detail as I have on this review but honestly, I don't feel it's necessary. I was able to make it work with a small adjustment. The reason I won't describe or put this product down for my issue is because the people behind it, stood up and handled this like professionals that believe in their products. I was taken care of and was asked for input for product improvement. Not only was I surprised but came to respect these people due to their excellent customer service. True character is revealed during trying times. I'm still waiting for my fix but the fact that I have been treated with respect as a valued customer, I give this product and the excellent people behind it 5 stars. I'll be looking to GMWD Fitness for future products. Because quality and customer service matters.
