I’ve purchased some GMWD before, and I was looking for a flat bench press machine option since I currently had the V2 incline version. Once the 3-in-1 V7 surfaced,I WAS SOLD!

If this assumption proves to be correct, I look forward to perhaps purchasing additional pieces of equipment in the future. To date, I have recommended your site to my friends who are into various types of strength conditioning programs and are regularly involved in the mixed martial arts. I believe that your machine will make a moderate foot-print in my gym, while freeing up the extra space that I need for my sand-bags and related equipment. I just finished putting it together about a hr and 15 min no big deal seems smooth and well made , be careful with the sliding height adjustment the bearings fall out easy and you cant put them back in without drinking vodka.
I like it a lot. The plate holders could be much better. Feels a bit flimsy when you have just 80lbs on each side.
Love the converging motion and the ease of adjustment.
