I’ve purchased some GMWD before, and I was looking for a flat bench press machine option since I currently had the V2 incline version. Once the 3-in-1 V7 surfaced,I WAS SOLD!
Great equipment
Two boxes delivered on time and packed very well. Solo assembly about 90 minutes used YouTube assembly video along with assembly book provided. Very happy with my purchase.
So far, so good! The parts arrived in two boxes and took me about 1.5 hours to assemble. I'm happy with the quality and function of the machine. One minor change I'd like would be for the handles to be slightly closer together. Their current location is slightly wider than I'd place my hands on a barbell.
