LET'S TALK UPGRADES

ENHANCED LAT PULLDOWN SETUP

The SM12-2.0’s upgraded lat pulldown seat now includes a secure leg holder, keeping you locked in place for heavier, more controlled pulls. Combined with the redesigned uprights—where the lowest holes are now fully usable—you can set the seat lower than ever before, unlocking a greater range of motion and more effective back training.

360° ROTATION, NO FLOOR DAMAGE

We redesigned the landmine with extra ground clearance, solving the issue of it striking the floor during wide movements. Whether you’re training on hardwood or outdoors, you can now push, rotate, and swing in any direction without worrying about damaging your floor—or the attachment itself.

NO STUCK, ONLY SMOOTH

SM12 2.0 features sealed linear bearings, ensuring a smooth and fluid motion for every lift. The fixed path design offers added safety and stability—perfect for squats, presses, and more.

KEY FEATURES

Built-In Lat Pulldown Seat

Unlike using a flat bench, the integrated lat pulldown seat keeps your movement path straight up and down for a fuller range of motion. This means deeper back engagement and more effective pulldowns, with an adjustable setup that fits users from 4'11" to 6'7".

Solid Sawtooth Safety Catch

The solid steel sawtooth design is a big improvement over the traditional punched hole adjustment. It's much smoother and quicker to position the bar. There's nothing at the top to get in the way, so it's easier to release and re-rack the hooks, which makes for a more seamless workout.

''Trigger'' Adjustments

The SM12-20’s trolley is designed for effortless one-hand use, paired with a convenient pull-pin system that makes adjustments simple—even for beginners or female users. With 16 height positions on the uprights, it adapts easily to different exercises and fits the needs of most users.

Dual 1:1 Pulley System

GMWD SM12 2.0 features a 1:1 dual cable system that delivers smooth, balanced resistance on both sides, giving you full control with every rep. Its versatile design supports a wide range of exercises to help you reach your fitness goals.

Worth it!

I was a little skeptical at first because it didn't have many reviews, but I'm so glad I bought it because it's such a great machine that I use it every day now. It's so versatile and easy to use.

Solid product and great versatile

I bought this product because the functionality and 2x2 post with 1 inch hole. I can use my old power cage attachment with it.
It took me about 3 hour to install the unit by myself . The instructions are easy enough to follow. I had some questions about the design. The seller resolved my question in timely manner. By the way, A power ratchet helped a lot. I didn’t assemble the plate storage to fit into my space. And I don’t want to bolt the cage to my garage floor. So I built a weight lifting platform with plywood and horse stall mat. Then I bolt the cage to that platform.
Build quality of cage is very solid and it provides all my needs. A++.
The only suggestion I have is to the smith machine barbell could use a better sleeve design. I’m willing to pay extra to buy a good solid sleeve .
Overall great cage for the money.

Seems to be a great machine so far. Had a few issues with some of the square tubing that slides for the cable pulls being bent, which I had to straighten, and a weld that bled through the inside that I had to file down so it would slide properly. Still not the smoothest cable slides I’ve seen but work ok. Overall, a fairly simple install with those exceptions. The decals on the side plates at the top were put on upside down, also. Ended up just leaving those off. Been using it everyday without any issues. The weight rack at the back of the machine is a finger pincher. Would much rather see a post mounted rack you could slide the weights onto as opposed to that, too.
