LET'S TALK UPGRADES

One of the key upgrades on the SM12 2.0 is the addition of a leg roller pad on the spotter arm. Many lifters requested this feature to provide a secure anchor for their legs during lat pulldown exercises, ensuring stability and comfort. We also adjusted the lowest position of the lat pulldown seat, allowing for a better range of motion and a more effective back workout.

Another significant improvement is the redesigned landmine attachment. We slightly raised its height to better accommodate a wider range of movements, ensuring stability and protecting your flooring.

Lastly, the two rear uprights of the SM12 2.0 have been upgraded to stainless steel. This upgrade significantly enhances overall smoothness during use, reducing friction and drag, and making every rep feel more controlled and effortless.

FULL STRETCH, FULL POWER

The front uprights feature integrated mounting holes that allow you to attach the lat pulldown seat at the lowest position—perfect for taller users to achieve a full range of motion during lat pulldowns without feeling restricted. The affixed leg roller pads are equipped with five height settings, suitable for any size user.

360° ROTATION, NO FLOOR DAMAGE

Are you worried that the floor will be hit when using the landmine? We have raised the landmine attachment a little bit, so no matter which direction or how large the amplitude is, you don't have to worry about damaging the floor.

NO STUCK, ONLY SMOOTH

SM12 2.0 features sealed linear bearings, ensuring a smooth and fluid motion for every lift. The fixed path design offers added safety and stability—perfect for squats, presses, and more.

The rear uprights crafted by stainless steel, which means providing pust-proof, scratch-resistant, smooth and silent movement. Every rep feels effortless and controlled, just a seamless range of motion that keeps you locked into your form.

KEY FEATURES

Solid Sawtooth Safety Catch

The solid steel sawtooth design is a big improvement over the traditional punched hole adjustment. It's much smoother and quicker to position the bar. There's nothing at the top to get in the way, so it's easier to release and re-rack the hooks, which makes for a more seamless workout.

Dual 1:1 Pulley System

GMWD SM12 2.0 Smith Machine with Cable Crossover has a 1:1 ratio dual cable system for balanced and smooth resistance on both sides, so you have full control during every rep. No matter what kind of workout you're doing, this versatile system has got you covered with a wide range of exercises to help you reach your fitness goals.

''Trigger'' Adjustments

The Smith Machine offers 16 easy-to-adjust positions with a convenient pull-pin system. These positions are not only ideal for users of various heights but also adapt to diverse workout goals. Lat pull-downs, low rows, kickbacks, and other cable exercises.

Worth it!

I was a little skeptical at first because it didn't have many reviews, but I'm so glad I bought it because it's such a great machine that I use it every day now. It's so versatile and easy to use.

Solid product and great versatile

I bought this product because the functionality and 2x2 post with 1 inch hole. I can use my old power cage attachment with it.
It took me about 3 hour to install the unit by myself . The instructions are easy enough to follow. I had some questions about the design. The seller resolved my question in timely manner. By the way, A power ratchet helped a lot. I didn’t assemble the plate storage to fit into my space. And I don’t want to bolt the cage to my garage floor. So I built a weight lifting platform with plywood and horse stall mat. Then I bolt the cage to that platform.
Build quality of cage is very solid and it provides all my needs. A++.
The only suggestion I have is to the smith machine barbell could use a better sleeve design. I’m willing to pay extra to buy a good solid sleeve .
Overall great cage for the money.

Seems to be a great machine so far. Had a few issues with some of the square tubing that slides for the cable pulls being bent, which I had to straighten, and a weld that bled through the inside that I had to file down so it would slide properly. Still not the smoothest cable slides I’ve seen but work ok. Overall, a fairly simple install with those exceptions. The decals on the side plates at the top were put on upside down, also. Ended up just leaving those off. Been using it everyday without any issues. The weight rack at the back of the machine is a finger pincher. Would much rather see a post mounted rack you could slide the weights onto as opposed to that, too.
